Key Responsibilities:
- Job Description Classification: Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions across all departments, ensuring they reflect the roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies required. Work with managers to regularly update and classify job roles as the organization evolves.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Facilitate orientation sessions, provide new employees with essential resources, and ensure that all HR documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
- Policy Development: Draft, implement, and review company policies, ensuring they are in compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and internal needs. Advise leadership on policy changes and the best practices for fostering an effective work environment.
- HR Support and Guidance: Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes. Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor and ensure HR practices are compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, offering data-driven insights to senior management.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives designed to improve employee engagement, performance, and retention. Foster a positive company culture that promotes employee wellbeing, development, and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role, with a strong focus on project coordination, job description classification, and policy development.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and legal frameworks.
- Experience in drafting and classifying job descriptions across various roles.
- Expertise in managing the full onboarding process and ensuring new hires have a successful start.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
