As a general warehouse worker, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.
About the role
A typical day may consist of;
- General onsite clean/tidy
- Helping with deliveries
- Manual digging
- Moving materials
- Using basic power tools
- Demolition works
- Stripping formwork
- Landscape labouring
- Basic concrete labouring
For those more proficient and competent, there are opportunities to utilise your existing skills to assist trades, operate power tools and work independently on all round general labouring tasks.
Requirements:
- White Card
- WWC (Highly preferable)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions
Package:
- $32 to $34p/hr + daily travel allowance and superannuation
- Weekly pay cycle
- Short and long term job opportunities
- Part time, full time and casual engagements available
- Overtime penalty rates
