We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead and develop our frontline team, through clear direction, customer focus and operating standards to drive store performance through sales, profit and growth.
Key Role
- Provide strong, positive and proactive leadership to Department Heads, Full and Part time associates.
- Responsible for building store sales, through sales plan execution, department merchandising and providing the best quality product.
- Manage multiple store departments
- Shared responsibility for managing store P&L and meeting department performing goals with emphasis on continued profit improvement.
- Involved in managing controllable expenses including payroll, maintenance, supplies etc.
- The development of store associates is essential coaching, mentoring and encouragement are important tools for success.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Salary $40k - $45k a year
