The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Most importantly, a site manager is an on-site recruiter- with the ability to fully staff for our client's needs.

What will your day look like?
- Liaising with clients to achieve their labour hire needs
- Front line management of employees including leave and shift coverage management
- Maintaining regular presence on site
- Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new starters
- Conducting health and safety activities
